Albatross is an experimental new restaurant from the team behind The Wilderness.
Fourteen guests gather around a monolithic kitchen counter, all with front row seats on the action, as chefs serve an ever-changing, rapid-fire sequence of twelve (or more) creative servings of (mostly) seafood and coastal ingredients that smack you in the face like ocean spray.
Albatross serves a singular tasting menu, currently priced at £99/person. The Albatross menu will be priced at £115/person from April 1st 2025.

Navigate to Travelodge on Charlotte Street. To the right of the hotel entrance is a walkway that will bring you into Newhall Square. Albatross is located on the ground floor of the old brick building on the right edge of the Square.
Reservations
Reservations are now open for January - August ‘25 and can be made online for parties of one to six.
