Albatross is a project without preconception, expectation, or regard for convention. A blank canvas.
Fourteen guests gather around a monolithic kitchen counter, all with front row seats on the action, served directly by our chefs.
The Albatross menu is an ever-changing, rapid-fire sequence of twelve (or more) creative servings of (mostly) seafood and coastal ingredients that smack you in the face like ocean spray.
Albatross serves a singular tasting menu, priced at £88/person.

Navigate to Travelodge on Charlotte Street. To the right of the hotel entrance is a walkway that will bring you into Newhall Square. Albatross is located on the ground floor of the old brick building on the right edge of the Square.
Reservations
Reservations are now open for June – September 2024 and can be made for parties of one to fourteen.
